Involvement
I led the deployment of the solution in a live hospital environment, collaborating closely with oncologists and healthcare staff to understand workflows and pain points. Based on these insights, I designed the software to automate manual processes such as extracting staging information from histology reports and retrieving past medical history from electronic medical records. Additionally, I established a pipeline of 10 hospitals expressing interest in adopting the solution.
