Milkiway
I am currently the CEO for Milkiway. Milkiway is an AI-powered SaaS solution designed to streamline the process of generating medical reports for healthcare providers conducting health screenings. Our platform offers significant benefits, including rapid report generation, accuracy, and enhanced efficiency, allowing medical professionals to focus on patient care. Milkiway leverages advanced NLU/NLP and LLM techniques to analyze health screening data and generate comprehensive medical reports within minutes. This automation reduces the time and effort required for manual report creation, enabling doctors to serve more patients efficiently. Milkiway's solutions are designed for seamless integration into existing healthcare systems and workflows, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to existing operations.
ASUS Intelligent Cloud Services (AICS)
I had the privilege of spearheading a team of 20 dedicated engineers and designers across a spectrum of product sprints and development initiatives. These endeavors spanned the spectrum from incubating nascent ideas to steering the course of mature products by devising comprehensive strategic feature roadmaps.
Open Government Products (OGP)
As a Product Manager at Open Government Products, I oversaw the successful launch and growth of critical platforms like Postman.gov.sg and Checkfirst.gov.sg. Postman, in particular, played a pivotal role in public health messaging and COVID-related policy dissemination within Singapore, leading to its adoption by over 100 government agencies. This platform was also open-sourced for ASEAN countries to utilize, with over greater than 100 million SMS/emails/Telegram messages sent in Singapore alone. Additionally, I played a key role in establishing corporate functions within the experimental unit, including finance, legal, and people's operations, while implementing effective hiring and career progression processes.
Sengkang General Hospital (SKH)
During my work at SKH, I fostered a close collaboration with the Strategic Projects team to meticulously craft specifications for the technological solutions essential for the forthcoming SKH launch. This encompassed mapping exciters' location for the Real-time Locating System (RTLS), diligently identifying gaps for enhancement within our current enterprise softwares, and ingeniously prototyping user experiences and interfaces for both RTLS infectious monitoring solution and Ascom nursing app for vendors to build.
